All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be confirmed before processing. You may receive a verification call or message—please respond to confirm your order. Orders that are not verified may be canceled.

The USK reserves the right to cancel any order before processing due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues.

Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Once shipped, delivery across Pakistan typically takes 7 to 10 working days.
• Please make sure your contact number is active so our team can reach you if needed.
• During sales, delivery times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 350 is applied to all orders within Pakistan.
