Exchange Policy
For all orders, exchanges are allowed only for valid reasons. Items qualify for exchange if:
- They are unused and unworn
- All original tags are intact
- The original packaging is preserved
- The original invoice is included
Valid reasons for exchange include:
- Defective items
- Wrong size received
- Incorrect item delivered
Complaint Registration
If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide:
- Images of the received product
- Tags/barcodes
- Original packaging (front & back)
Send these via WhatsApp, email, or social media messages. Issues reported after 24 hours may not be accommodated.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is processed. The USK reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Items being out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Items failing quality control
- Payment issues with COD verification
COD Order Notes
- All COD orders require verification via call or message before processing.
- Orders that are not verified may be canceled automatically.
Important Notes
- Exchanges or replacements must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
- Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to resolve all valid issues promptly.
